It's the easiest meal to make... in 20 minutes or less.
If you know how to make rice, DO IT! If not, you could just get a bag of frozen rice or boxed rice and prepare according to directions.
You can either get a frozen bag of steamed veggies or stir fry your choice of zucchini squash, peas, carrots, & corn.
Then while you are getting the rice and veggies ready, take some shrimp/chicken chunks/steak (whatever choice of meat your heart desires) and sprinkle some Jo's Homemade Latin Seasoning on it!
For my vegetarian friends, when making your stir fry, add my seasoning to the veggies and skip the meat!
When everything is ready, but your rice on the bottom of the bowl, vegetables on top with your choice of meat. I also keep a bottle of siracha-mayo to add on top for a little extra spice.
To make the siracha-mayo, is 1 cup of mayo to however spicy you want by adding siracha. I keep this in a squeeze bottle so I can use it whenever I want! Drizzle on top of everything real pretty and fancy!
